About The Event
Applications are now open for the BUILA Experienced Professionals: International Recruitment 102 Programme, specifically designed to aid the career development of more experienced staff. It is devised to provide training for members who have been in post for over two years looking to improve on their current performance or seeking promotion to a more senior international role.
The programme has been updated to 2 full-day, in person modules, providing additional skills and knowledge in leadership, strategy development and resource management. Each module will be led by senior managers from the university sector. The modules are scheduled for the following dates:
- Module 1 - Strategy
Tuesday 8 July at BUILA Annual Conference venue, London
- Module 2 - Leadership
Thursday 4 September, Venue tbc
Participants must commit to completing the full programme. The number of delegates will be limited to 24 to encourage active participation and engagement. The programme fee is £399 per person.

Applicants will be notified of the decision on Wednesday 4 June. Successful applicants will then be sent a link to to register and pay.
