Kaplan Business School to open Perth campus

Kaplan Business School has announced it will extend to Perth with the opening of its fifth Australian campus in July 2020, becoming the first non-university higher education provider to offer postgraduate business courses in Western Australia’s capital city.

Kaplan Business School Perth will commence teaching postgraduate business administration and business analytics courses, such as its flagship MBA program.

“At a time when universities are thinking about closing campuses, we’re proud to be expanding”

Undergraduate courses will be launched in subsequent trimesters as the campus grows.

Executive director of Kaplan Business School, Steve Knussen, said Kaplan is “delighted” to be making its courses available to students studying in the west.

“Kaplan has a long and successful history of delivering programs in Perth, specifically in university pathway delivery, English language instruction, and financial services training,” he said.

“At a time when universities are thinking about closing campuses, we’re proud to be expanding, and at a time when universities are letting lecturers go, we’re proud to be recruiting.”

Renovations will commence shortly and, subject to advise from the Western Australia Department of Health, the campus will open in mid-July.

Kaplan Business School’s student recruitment team will be conducting training and webinars in the near future to support the opening of the new campus.
